I compare that to when I sit down to the computer to play one game of Spyder while I wait for your grandma to get out of the bathroom and get dressed or get ready for bed, and I end up wasting an our or more trying to win–and that’s just the lame game of Spyder. That’s why I don’t want to play any more compelling games. They are a time sink.

They’re only a time sink if you let them be! I noticed that I tried making too many personal system changed at once/too close together. Right now I’m only focusing on my bedtime routine. I shower at 9PM and post my photo, journal and video (if I haven’t already). Then I continue relaxing until 10PM and start moving to the bedroom. Then I close my eye for sleep between 1030 and 11 but the goal is being closer to 1030. 1045 last night. 🙂
