While I’ve been slacking a bit on updating the blog I’ve been going strong on the videos and the ONE things! 🙂 I told myself from the beginning that I didn’t want content creation to get in the way of getting the ONE things done! I had to take it easy during the week. It took me a little while to get “settled” after returning from Japan. I had a few 4 hour a night days of sleep which I had to counter with sleep medication.
A big priority was updating my sleep protocol to reflect what I learned over last weekend and this past week but I haven’t done that yet. I think it’s because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do.

I don’t know why I do this but I keep rolling back my Seroquel (what I use for sleep). I’m just going to go back to taking a small dose every night! 😛 Well… that’s sorted. 🙂 The other thing I got done was setting up BeingBipolar.org. The crowdfunding book inspired me to start doing community building so along with creating content for that new blog I’ll be interacting with people on other blogs, communities and websites.
I also updated the theme on this blog so it’s easier to navigate on mobile and it also has my Twitter feed in the desktop view so you can see my latest updates that way as well.
I think I’m going to change the format of how I do the posts here. There’s no need to post a copy of Instagram and Facebook posts here. I think I’ll include the YouTube link for mom though (unless you’re watching them in YouTube mom… lol let me know!)
Here are all of the videos that I’ve been posting!
