  1. Glad you are prioritizing sleep. The brain summit emphasized sleep, suggested journaling, yoga, and meditation. Looks like you’ve figured those things out. They also emphasized getting enough good fats, supplementing with omega 3 oil (like fish oil) and vitamin D. I don’t get every post read, but I try.
